$19.95 USD covers one design and up to 250 personalized invitations in a combined PDF, one invitation per page. Printing, envelopes, and postage are purchased separately.

Yes. Choose a designer palette or change the ink and accent colors. Finished sizes are 5 × 7 inches, 4 × 6 inches, and A6 (105 × 148 mm). Template PDFs add ⅛ inch bleed outside the finished size. Uploaded designs use the exact finished size unless you select that your image already includes bleed. Some painted artwork keeps its original colors.

Download the proof first and ask your print shop for a test on your preferred paper. The PDF has embedded fonts, RGB color, and a trim box at the selected size. Ask the shop to trim to that size and confirm its color requirements. The proof has a visible watermark; paid files do not.

Yes, at no extra charge. Upload a PNG or JPG under 2 MB, including exports from Canva. Match your selected print size; 300 DPI is recommended and 150 DPI is the minimum. PDF uploads are not supported. Leave the recipient-name area blank: existing artwork and words stay fixed. Position the name field once, choose its font and color, then add your whole list. For uploaded certificates, individual PDFs download in ZIP parts of up to 10 files.

No. Your order uses a private link sent to the email you provide at checkout. Anyone with that link can access and correct the batch. Keep it private and share downloaded files with recipients instead.

Check spam or junk, then return to the order page after checkout. Once payment is confirmed, downloads remain available there even if email delivery is delayed. You can resend the link from your order page. Avoid purchasing the same batch again to solve a download problem.

Yes, for seven days from payment confirmation. Keep the original design and recipient count. For uploaded designs, artwork, print size, and name placement are locked after purchase; recipient names can be corrected. Save your corrections, then download the updated files. A new design or additional recipients requires a new batch.

Upload CSV or text files, or paste one invitation label per line. For a CSV, choose the name column and check the imported list. Repeated labels are flagged rather than removed. Keep the list at 250 invitations or fewer.

The current fonts support Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic lettering. Unsupported characters and wording that is too long to print clearly must be corrected before checkout. Check every name in your proof.

Paid access lasts seven days from payment confirmation. Save your files before the deadline shown in your order. Expired links stop working; stored order data is removed on access or during subsequent cleanup. This is not permanent file storage.

If checkout is temporarily unavailable, you can continue reviewing your design. Wait until secure checkout is available to pay. A test checkout is for testing only; it does not create a real charge.
