Purchase terms
Last updated September 10, 2026. These terms describe the digital files supplied by the Lovely on Paper Team. Lovely on Paper is operated by Chief Culture LLC.
What you purchase
One batch costs $19.95 USD for up to 250 personalized invitations using the same design and shared wedding details. Delivery is one combined PDF, with one invitation per page. This is a one-time digital purchase. Printing, paper, envelopes, postage, and shipping are not included. Review the total shown in secure checkout before paying.
Earlier custom-design purchases
The AI designer is no longer offered for new batches. Existing orders retain their purchased design and the access period shown in the order.
Your content and proof
You are responsible for the names, spelling, details, wording, and any images you provide. Use only content you have permission to upload and reproduce. You give us permission to process it as needed to create, store, and deliver your order. Check the preview and sample or proof before purchasing; a screen preview cannot guarantee identical output on every printer.
Guest names and wedding details are reproduced from your input; we do not independently verify addresses, dates, or other event information.
Delivery, corrections, and expiry
Payment confirmation unlocks your order for seven days. You may download again and correct names and shared details during that period without another batch charge, while keeping the original design, recipient count, and purchased custom design. Additional recipients or a different design require a new batch. Save updated files after corrections and keep your downloads before the deadline. The service is not permanent storage. Keep your private order link secure.
Printing
Choose a finished size of 5 × 7 inches, 4 × 6 inches, or A6. Invitation PDFs include ⅛ inch bleed, embedded fonts, and RGB color. Ask your print shop to confirm the selected trim size and any additional production requirements. Paper, ink, printer settings, and trimming can affect appearance. Test a sample before ordering a full print run. Specialized print production or color matching is not included.
Delivery problems and refunds
If a confirmed purchase fails to download or the supplied files are unusable, contact support@lovelyonpaper.com within seven days of payment confirmation. Include your order reference and a description of the problem. You do not need to purchase the same batch again to retry delivery. We will help correct the problem or refund the affected purchase if we cannot resolve an unusable delivery. Contact us about duplicate charges so we can verify and refund an accidental duplicate.
These support arrangements do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
